Pigeon Caterers, a renowned caterer in New Orleans, is celebrated for its classic NOLA and Creole dishes. They approached us with the desire to expand their digital footprint and highlight their innovative menu offerings and dynamic food stations featured at various events. 

Our Role:

Our team attends numerous events to capture compelling photos and videos, which are utilized across their social media platforms, email campaigns, website, and client proposals. We also manage their social media presence, maintaining a vibrant and engaging profile on Instagram and Facebook for their main page as well as for two exclusive venue-specific accounts.

Results

Since implementing our strategic content and social media management, Pigeon Caterers continues to experience significant enhancements in public perception, recognizing the variety and high-quality catering they offer. The improvements in their social media visibility have led to an increase in inquiries, with many potential clients citing their impressive online presence as a key influence. This heightened engagement not only broadens their audience but also solidifies their reputation as top-tier caterers in the region.

Feet First Stores

Founded in 1977, Feet First Shoe Store is New Orleans' largest independent retailer of women's shoes, accessories and clothing.

Project Overview:

Feet First, a well-established shoe store, faced challenges in altering public perception following a change in ownership just before the pandemic. The prevailing belief was that the store had closed with the previous owners, compounded by uninspiring and repetitive content that did little to attract a younger audience.

Our Role:

To revitalize their brand, we took over the management of Feet First's Instagram and Facebook platforms. We overhauled their content strategy by enhancing the quality of photography, incorporating engaging video content, and dramatically improving the captions. A particular focus was placed on showcasing the store owner, whose personal engagement with the content consistently yields high performance. Her willingness to embrace fun and engaging photo and video opportunities has been pivotal in redefining the store’s social media presence.

Impact Achieved:

Since our involvement, social media has become Feet First's primary marketing channel. Customers frequently visit the store requesting items they've seen on Instagram or Facebook, and wholesalers regularly request to use our content for their promotions. The store's image has transformed from being perceived as an "old lady" store to a vibrant boutique known for its comfortable yet chic offerings. The enhanced social media strategy not only attracts a broader clientele but also reinforces Feet First as a dynamic player in the boutique market.

Hampton Inn French Market

A brand new location for an established brand.

The Hampton Inn French Market Area, a new franchise location near the French Quarter, faces the unique challenge of integrating a well-known hotel brand into a community known for its artistic and local-centric vibe. Situated within walking distance of the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and the artistic neighborhoods of Marigny and Bywater, the hotel needed to balance its corporate identity with the local culture's distinct character.

Our Role:

Recognizing the community's initial reservations about a big brand hotel entering the area, our strategy centered not only on promoting the hotel's amenities but more so on highlighting neighborhood attractions and local businesses. Our content strategy focuses on sharing travel bucket-list ideas, updates on local festivals, and events, thereby positioning the hotel as a gateway to authentic local experiences. We've also facilitated influencer marketing collaborations and are organizing an ongoing series of events to introduce the hotel to local wedding and event planners, ensuring the hotel is seen as an integral part of the community.

Impact Achieved:

Though still growing, the social media following for the Hampton Inn French Market Area is a testament to the effectiveness of our localized approach. The hotel has not only seen direct bookings through social media links but has also gained increasing acceptance and appreciation from local residents. This positive reception is largely due to our efforts to engage with the community and promote the cultural richness of the area. Feedback from both guests and locals underscores the success of our strategy, reinforcing the hotel's position as a respectful and engaged neighborhood partner.
